I got this idea from Blogs 4 Brownback.
So they get the credit for the rhyme behind the puzzle. Can you figure it out?
Hint: It describes Mitt Romney's positions on various issues, now, as he runs for President, in contrast to Ronald Reagan, whose name Mitt Romney continually tries to invoke.
